Our Approach
At Oakview Apartments, we believe renting should be simple. You shouldn’t have to pay for amenities you don’t need or deal with corporate management that’s impossible to reach. That’s why we’ve built our community around what actually matters – well-maintained apartments, convenient location, and responsive on-site management.
Join Our Community at Oakview Apartments
Located at 125 Ridgeview Drive in Broussard, Louisiana, Oakview offers 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in a quiet residential neighborhood. We’re part of the Lafayette metro area, which means you get small-town peace with big-city access – grocery stores, restaurants, schools, and major roads are all just minutes away.
We’re not trying to be a luxury resort. We’re focused on providing clean, comfortable, well-located apartments at a fair price. Our on-site management team is here Monday through Saturday, ready to help with maintenance requests, questions, or anything else you need.
Who Lives At Oakview?
Our residents are working professionals, small families, and individuals who value location and simplicity over unnecessary extras. They appreciate being close to Lafayette without paying Lafayette prices, and they like knowing they can reach management when they need to.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to show you around.
